We are in need of a Receptionist to perform the following duties:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Perform secretarial duties required to support personnel in Sales, the Regional Office and Branch Office locations, as requested.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of direct mail and associated marketing support promotional programs
  • Perform office support tasks, as directed, i.e., trips to Post Office, bank, and office supply store.
  • Maintain subject and chronological files for supervisors.
  • Greet customers and provide customer service
  • Regular attendance in accordance with schedule.
  • Ability to get along with co-workers and work as member of a team.
  • Other projects as requested by supervisor.

    job requirements

  • High school or GED required
  • Experience or education emphasis on office procedures, secretarial skills, and/or accounting preferred.
  • Perform basic math skills.
  • Good grooming, professional behavior and appearance required.
  • Must maintain business confidentiality relative to pricing, promotion, distribution methods, clients, and customer lists.
