We are in need of a Receptionist to perform the following duties:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Perform secretarial duties required to support personnel in Sales, the Regional Office and Branch Office locations, as requested.
Coordinate production and distribution of direct mail and associated marketing support promotional programs
Perform office support tasks, as directed, i.e., trips to Post Office, bank, and office supply store.
Maintain subject and chronological files for supervisors.
Greet customers and provide customer service
Regular attendance in accordance with schedule.
Ability to get along with co-workers and work as member of a team.
Other projects as requested by supervisor.
High school or GED required
Experience or education emphasis on office procedures, secretarial skills, and/or accounting preferred.
Perform basic math skills.
Good grooming, professional behavior and appearance required.
Must maintain business confidentiality relative to pricing, promotion, distribution methods, clients, and customer lists.
