A fortune 500 company in Warminster, PA is seeking temporary customer support center employees. The employee must have at least 5 years of customer support experience and encompass proficient Excel skills as well as stellar communication skills. This individual will be responsible for incoming/outbound calls, providing customer service in a professional setting which also includes greeting visitors, providing directions, fielding complaints, answering questions,and/or providing information about an organization or service. This is not just a representative position. This individual will be providing top-notch customer service to a premiere client. Prior customer service experience in a professional setting is required as well as a BA or a BS. Mandatory Skills : Education: BA or BS At least 5 years of customer support experience. 1.Excellent communication skills (An extremely articulate individual) 2.
