Compensation: $69,000 to $89,000 per year
The Account Manager/ Retail serves as the liaison between the clients and the corporate office for production of a variety or retail in-store, signage, POS ,POP, and product "on-the-shelf" information. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for the client on assigned project work. The Account Manager provides answers and solutions for questions, problems and requests raised by the customer. The Account Manager establishes and maintains good relationships with all concerned parties.
Working directly with retail print buyers, merchandisers and program managers, the Account Manager will: communicate and project manage print projects with the company production services, be the primary POC for the client, generate status reports and change orders, coordinates and creates new customer projects and/or requested changes on an on-going basis and ensures the proper completion of assigned projects, gathers all information necessary to begin projects such as business rules, planograms, index reports, and store/POG subscriptions, reviews and performs quality checks on pre-production proofs (whenever possible) to make sure all changes/updates have been made correctly.
