Immediate need for Banking / Call Center Reps

Job Description

Randstad USA, a world-wide leader in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry, is hiring for our client, the largest technology provider to the financial industry in the entire world!!! They are looking for 2 Customer Service Representatives with experience in a high volume call center environment. This is a 6 month temporary position and benefits are available through Randstad including Medical, Dental, 401k, and accrual towards Holiday Pay and a Service Bonus.

These individuals will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and processing Debit card disputes.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Madison, WI
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Duration: 9 months

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding disputes via telephone and/or email.
  • Completes disputes according to internal serivice levels and Visa/Mastercard regulation rules and time frames. Ensuring that all disputes are processed accurately and timely are essential for this position. Good organizational skills are a must.
  • Resolves problems identified by the client regarding disputes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

    Job Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education: High school diploma or GED required.
    Experience: 2-4 years office experience; and or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
    Computer: Profient in Microsoft applications - Word and Excel
    Background checks include a Credit Check, Drug Testing, Education Verification, Criminal History Check, Employment Verifications and a minimum of two Reference Checks.
