Blackberry Enterprise Product Marketing Manager
Position Description
AT&T is looking for a strong marketing professional to join the BlackBerry Offer Marketing team and lead marketing strategy and execution in the enterprise segment!
The BlackBerry Enterprise Marketing Manager position will lead select BlackBerry device launches and BlackBerry corporate Email software launches and throughout their lifecycle. You will create and execute the marketing programs (promotions, sales incentives, etc.) to drive incremental sales during select promotional periods and drive segment penetration through the enterprise channels. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver business plan growth targets for enterprise business BlackBerry subscribers & revenue as well as manage churn of the existing BlackBerry enterprise customer base.
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who has managed a product line and developed marketing strategies. This position requires strategic planning, product design, product management, and marketing program development skills. Business acumen, technical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to partner effectively, and a passion to win are key for this role.

Lead enterprise deployment and marketing strategy for all new devices
Bring enterprise applications and business software to Market, including server software and IT-focused applications
Take product marketing campaigns from concept to launch
Partner with both RIM and with channel marketing to understand and deliver products and promotions through enterprise-facing channel
Lead strategy, promotion and positioning for corporate BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) rate plan
Respond quickly to marketing opportunities and competitive threats
Lead promotion and positioning for BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and BlackBerry technical support
Support enterprise sales teams and customers as a Subject Matter Expert on the BlackBerry Enterprise Solution, select third party software/services, and general matters such as IT security Position Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive background in, and understanding of, enterprise mobile software and services preferred
Equivalent of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or other related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product marketing or product management in telecommunication, software or electronics.
Depth of technical skills for BlackBerry devices as well as BlackBerry Enterprise Server architecture and functionality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
Experience executing jointly with partners and vendors
