EXPERIENCED Construction Project Managers AND Construction Superintendents to join our team.
Experienced required:
Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in a construction related field and 5+ years experience with a general contractor working on commercial projects in the $1-$20million-dollar range.
Position/Location: Superintendent-Miami, Florida
Project Superintendent will provide overall on site administration and technical management on construction site. Supervise, coordinate, and manage all field activities required to deliver the project on time, within budget, while maintaining construction quality in accordance with the project documents. Responsible for thorough understanding of job costs/schedules and management of job costs/schedules to be in compliance with pre-established or pre-construction projections.
Position/Location: Project Manager-Miami, Florida
Strong project management or project executive background; proven track record of managing large scale projects and/or multiple projects; experienced in scheduling, budgets, and planning; have a thorough understanding of construction practices; proven ability to supervise tradespersons and enable them to achieve performance and quality standards and motivation; possess and maintain a positive attitude.
Must demonstrate a professional demeanor including excellent verbal and written communications skills, familiar with MS Word and Excel. Suretrack and Prolog knowledge a plus.
