Administrative Assistant - National Manufacturing

The National Manufacturing group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking to fill a temporary part-time (10-20 hrs per week) Administrative Assistant position. Under the direction of the National Business Connection (BC) Project Manager, this position will assist with Business Connection tasks and users.
Responsibilities:
Password reset and access requests
Responding to data processing and mapping questions
Answering basic BC system questions
Being a liaison to iLumen�s support team for escalated support questions/requests
Responding to benchmarking coverage requests
Creating/editing report outputs for McGladrey Plus/BC
Basic Requirements:
Requires a bachelor�s degree or similar combination of education and experience
Preferred Requirements:
Proven comfort level with financial data and analysis
Ability to provide excellent internal and external client service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Microsoft suite products, with an expert knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong technical knowledge and ability to navigate and explain technology to multiple levels of end users
Customer service or executive/administrative experience preferably in the professional services industry
