Job Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree or significant experience with Microsoft Access and corporate clients.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to understand database file structures and file/table relationships.
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Windows environment including Excel and Access.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Former Customer Service experience of any kind, whether it be in the retail, hospitality, or service sectors.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
