This account management lead - contingent workforce outsourcing (CWO) position will be field based, thus there is flexibility on location anywhere in the US, depending upon where the candidate currently resides.
Reporting to the Practice Lead, the selected candidate will lead a team of account managers responsible for the KellyOCG client relationship of one or more accounts. The Lead will be the point of contact for the KellyOCG relationship for that client in regard to strategic planning, growth of the account, forward thinking activities and any activities that may threaten the OCG relationship for the account etc. The types of clients within this group will be concentrated in one practice area and may include Secondary Supplier oversight/management. This position has overall accountability for the results of the accounts within the practice area to include P&L management, account strategy, and business development. The Lead will be expected to expand/grow their account portfolio into additional geographic areas and regions as determined by account. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating with key internal stakeholders including Global Client Relationship Team (GCRT) and Global Solutions & Services (GS&S), Central Operations Management and Global Implementation Services (GIS). As a people-manager, this position also has responsibility for the selection, managing, performance evaluation, coaching and development of all staff members.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Account Strategy Development - Gain an understanding of customer's business and staffing objectives & outsourcing objectives
- To leverage customer successes, replicate efficient programs and resolve issues effectively
- Develop strategic client plans and interact with peers in other practice areas or account management areas (i.e. GCRT) to share experience and knowledge and maintain frequent contact.
- Communicate terms and conditions, servicing issues and pricing structures related to specific customers to internal departments when necessary.
- Understand and communicate to business key industry trends and develop strategies around this data
Sales and Account Management - Manage the client relationship of KellyOCG's largest clients at a key stakeholder level.
- Expand usage of practice area throughout the customer' various locations and subsidiaries by identifying KellyOCG opportunities and developing support strategies
- Maintain effective business relationships at executive level with key decision makers.
- Negotiate contract renewals prior to expiration to improve terms and conditions, gross profits, etc. Monitor the renewal of all clients within team
Talent Management - Lead a team of client account managers, sales and solution managers and other functions (based on practice area). Partner with Director of Service Delivery for the practice area on a day to day basis.
- Responsible for the selection, managing, performance evaluation, coaching and development of all staff members
- Motivates, leads, guides, develops and empowers the staff to meet/exceed expectations.
Qualifications/Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- 10 years industry experience (ie. outsourcing consulting, staffing, CWO, MSP, or VMS, etc.)
- Leadership
- Demonstrated results from developing major clients; multiple level selling; consultative/relationship sales
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Rational decision making process
- Interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in conducting group presentations
- Persuasion skills
- Market research skills
- Ability to understand financial concepts in order to make pricing recommendations
- Ability to travel up to 40% or more depending on client portfolio
