Slate Belt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Bangor, PA, is seeking a RN with proven leadership abilities to facilitate the new hire orientation process and to provide staff training.
Our ideal candidate will function in a variety of settings to develop and maintain the competency of all nursing staff to care for residents/patients of various adult ages and needs. Through assessment of the learning needs of staff, planning and implementing programs to meet these needs, and evaluating the outcomes; the ETD contributes to the implementation of, and adherence to, federal and state regulations.
Requirements for the position include a current Pennsylvania RN licensure and prior experience as a staff educator in a nursing facility (LTC) setting
