Our Expectation of our CSSR s
As a CSSR, you will provide prompt quality service along with sales support. You will deepen the understanding of our customers financial needs and provide suggestions to achieve 100% of our customers financial business. CSSR s performs a wide range of services including exercising excellent customer service in all customer interactions, and following up on Teller referrals and Teller job duties as necessary. CSSRs are expected to exceed challenging sales and referral goals by proactively selling products and services to customers and referring customers to other areas of the bank. Our best CSSR s constantly go the extra mile, finding ways to be helpful while still working quickly and efficiently. CSSR s have the ability to resolve difficult customer situations effectively while delivering friendly customer service and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
