This is a long term contract for a Information Systems Technician for our client in Battle Creek, MI.
Primary responsibilities include:
Provide Technical support to a Customer Information Center.
Support specialized applications and fax server.
Prepare and troubleshoot MS Office Macros, create and prepare Business Intelligence reports from SAP sources.
Respond to customer taskings on the technical performance of the call center.
Act as a liaison between customer service technicians and third party contractors
Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Scripting and Technician.
Preferred Skills: SAP Applications and Avaya
Desired qualifications include:
2 years college or functional area certification.
5 years of IT experience.
3 years experience supporting computers system administration and system integration.
3 years experience creating reports and performing scripting support.
Security + and Windows 2003 certification.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to work with others in a team environment.
This is a part time effort of 20 hours a week with predominate support in the AM.
