SAP/Call Center/Customer Service

Job Description

SAP EXPERIENCE IS A MUST..... Client Company in the Vernon Hills area is actively seeking candidates for Customer Service positions. The individuals will be responsible for providing the best customer satisfaction to clients by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and problems, processing orders, tracking bids and resolving billing issues in accordance with company policy and procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain acceptable inbound/outbound calls per day as designated by management.

Candidate must attend a 4 week training program located outside of Cleveland, Ohio.

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (hours will vary per position)

Job Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years related Customer Service experience required
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite required
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in high volume call center environment is preferred
  • Flexibility to assist other areas in the department
  • Associates or B.A. Degree preferred
