Are you looking to get a foot in the door at leading company in the Beloit area?
Adecco in partnership with a Beloit company is looking for a professional and detailed individual to help in their Accounting Department.

This position is long term with potential to go permanent. If you have a background in Accounts Payable/Receivable and/or Collections, Adecco has the position for you.

All interested candidates should have the following:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting and/or Collections
  • Capable of working with Sales, Contract Management, Pricing and various other
    departments to resolve customer issues
  • Knowledge of AS400 preferred or related collections systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work from written and/or oral instructions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs, typing and data entry
  • Solid customer service and inter-office communication skills
  • Ability to resolve pricing or billing issues with invoices in a timely manner
  • Professional and results driven working manner
