Job Description
Outstanding Customer Service Representative Needed. This is a temp to perm opportunity for an experienced customer service representative with background in upselling/sales. Job will entail answering customer calls and trying to upgrade their current service as well calling on new clients/businesses for sales calls. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as great data entry skills. Must be a team player with a solid work history, and like to work in a fast paced environment.
