Job Description

SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Primary Responsibilities: Document Management Systems - which is ''Livelink''
Also responsible for other systems as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Content Management)/DM (Document Mgmt.) applications such as Livelink, Documentum, Sharepoint, FileNet etc

Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including Oracle or MS-SQL Server.

Ability to write SQL queries.
SQL based programming languages.

JOB SUMMARY:
Analyze, evaluate, modify, configure, test and implement enterprise wide purchased systems. Prepare application system specifications. Plan, implement and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements or maintenance. Develop computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the company's system architecture standards. Develop requirements, workflow and systems analysis. Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities. Establish standards for development and maintenance of new and existing products. Establish and document system parameters and formats, ensure hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinate and/or modify system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. Revise existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.

KNOWLEDGE:
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices.

MIN EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
6 - 9 years with BA
4 - 7 years with MBA

Experience may be considered in lieu of education

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
Does not supervise
