Purpose:
Well-established private company is seeking a bright and experienced Staff Accountant to join their team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist with the monthly closing of the general ledger including posting journal entries, preparing analytical schedules, uploading interface files, and reviewing the general ledger
• Reconcile cash and bank related transactions and other balance sheet accounts monthly and post journal entries
• Process all transactions related to cash and banks, including postings of deposits, bank fees, cash application adjustments, etc.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules for reporting purposes
• Assist with special projects as directed by supervisor

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1+ years of professional accounting experience
Strong written and verbal communication
