  • Reconcile and research large and complex Travel Services balance sheet accounts
  • Track contacts to Team Members at all levels of the company who have outstanding amounts due, escalating when necessary
  • Identify and process monthly write offs to General Ledger and report W2 information to Payroll team
  • Verify, reconcile and pay corporate card, car rental, hotel and airline invoices for direct billed travel
  • Maximize vendor rebates by monitoring monthly payment dates
  • Timely and accurately allocate expenses for direct billed travel to Target cost centers.
  • Research and resolve expense recap issues throughout the organization
  • Investigate and resolve issues regarding charges, credits, account balances, etc. with travel or corporate card vendors
  Requirements
  • Four year degree in Accounting or Finance
  • General Ledger accounting experience
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Proven skills in customer service and conflict resolution
  • Motivated self-starter with a high level of initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP or Lawson General Ledger system preferred
