The RxMentor Clinical Advisor is responsible for the clinical and quality oversight of the RxMentor program. As the RxMentor Clinical Advisor, you will:

Develop clinical protocols to be utilized during medication therapy management consultations

Pro-actively identify opportunities for targeted clinical interventions

Provide expertise in the area of medication therapy management services

Develop and analyze clinical metrics to address gaps in the continuity of care

Interface with cross-functional teams and be an active participant within internal quality and safety committees

Develop clinical training pieces and assist in the on-boarding of new associates

Collaborate with internal and external clinical programs to improve quality and costs of pharmaceutical care

Manage the RxMentor clinical quality program

Provide medication therapy management to eligible members through one-on-one telephonic consultations (10%)

Role Essentials:

Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD (preferred)

Current, valid pharmacist license in good standing

Board Certification and/or Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy

Three + years clinical experience within a medication therapy management program

Experience in managed care preferred

Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, focused, and detail-oriented
