The RxMentor Clinical Advisor is responsible for the clinical and quality oversight of the RxMentor program. As the RxMentor Clinical Advisor, you will:

  • Develop clinical protocols to be utilized during medication therapy management consultations
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities for targeted clinical interventions
  • Provide expertise in the area of medication therapy management services
  • Develop and analyze clinical metrics to address gaps in the continuity of care
  • Interface with cross-functional teams and be an active participant within internal quality and safety committees
  • Develop clinical training pieces and assist in the on-boarding of new associates
  • Collaborate with internal and external clinical programs to improve quality and costs of pharmaceutical care
  • Manage the RxMentor clinical quality program
  • Provide medication therapy management to eligible members through one-on-one telephonic consultations (10%)

    Role Essentials:
  • Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD (preferred)
  • Current, valid pharmacist license in good standing
  • Board Certification and/or Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy
  • Three + years clinical experience within a medication therapy management program
  • Experience in managed care preferred
  • Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, focused, and detail-oriented
