GENERAL SUMMARY:
As a member of the Recruitment Team, this Human Resources business partner role will focus on technical recruitment and employee relations for the Information Technology group. The position encompasses all aspects of human resources support, including: high volume techncial recruitment of information technology professionals, employee relations, compensation, employee benefits, performance management, new hire orientation, benefits administration, training and development of managers and employees. The position will ensure effective delivery of HR core processes and compliance with relevant company guidelines, policies and practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for high volume full-lifecycle recruitment from creating job descriptions, initial recruitment efforts, to the final hiring and on-boarding process of new employees.
- Consult with Hiring Managers to determine current and future recruitment needs (needs assessment).
- Develop and implement various recruitment strategies to source IT professionals.
- Support daily employee relations activity for the Information Technology department. Serve as the first point of contact general employee relations issues, compensation, employee benefits, and company policies, practices and procedures and recruitment.
- Manage and administer HR programs such as the performance appraisal and merit review process and other employee-related programs.
- Provide guidance to management on issues involving performance management and compliance with internal policies, as well as all applicable Federal, state and local employment laws.
- Provide guidance and support to functional management teams during the performance review cycle as well as the Common Review Date (CRD) merit planning.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and implement programs to support business needs.
' Prepare various reports and analyze data as relates to employment and recruitment.
' Conduct new hire orientations and manage on-boarding.
' Provide support, guidance, and direction to all IT employees.
' Participate and/or lead in ad hoc Human Resources projects or report generation as business needs dictate.
Requirements
TECHNICAL, MANAGERIAL, and PEOPLE SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Must have demonstrated experience recruiting a diverse set of technology positions and experience identifying emerging technology trends.
- Experience sourcing top notch technical IT professionals using traditional and non traditional recruitment methods.
- Experience with cold calling into technology companies, established relationships with technology user groups, strong expertise with social networking avenues, AIRS recruitment techniques and strong networking capability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, high energy, excellent follow-up skills, tenacity and relationship building skills are required.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with diverse teams is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present to a senior level audience.
- Must possess ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications and have experience managing the recruitment process utilizing an applicant tracking system.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minium of 7-10 years of high volume recruitment experience supporting information technology requirements with a minimum of 3 years experience in a HR generalist role within a mid to large size organization, preferably in support of multiple client groups in a fast-paced, diverse and multi-cultural environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, state and local employment laws and the ability to provide guidance to management in compliance with those requirements.
- Must have proven background in a recruitment role that required the utilization of information technology recruitment skills and process.
