Description:
Exciting opportunity for a Change Management Analyst. Incumbent is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities necessary to support the Global IT Change Management function:
Processes daily request for change within designated lead times
Monitors queue for incoming request for change
Assist in the facilitation of the weekly Change Advisory Board and Emergency CAB (eCAB) meeting
Schedules request for change in approved implementation windows
Assesses change for risk impact, testing and back-out procedures,
Resolves any change scheduling conflicts
Updates the Change Calendar as appropriate
Works closely with Release Management and technical support teams
Identifies area of Change Management process improvements
Assists in the development and deployment of change management methodologies and procedures to guide the adoption process
This position requires strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in large enterprise multi-platform environments
**Must be able to train less experienced staff on Change Management processes.
Strong oral, written, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience working with an enterprise Change Management toolset e.g. HP PPM, BMC Remedy, HP ServiceCenter etc.
Experience working with a diverse group of technologists within IT Operations and Infrastructure
ITIL v3 or v2 Foundation certification and practical experience desired
3-4 years demonstrated experience working as Change Management Analyst or Coordinator
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing and competing priorities, as well the ability to multi-task
Provides monthly metrics reporting and updates change matrices
Strong presentation and facilitation skill sets are required
