The Shift Leader is responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the overall leadership of the restaurant. The Shift Lead must be able to lead by example, motivating the crew, taking initiative and delivering outstanding customer service. Working with fellow employees, peers and management staff to continually improve customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting the management team in maximizing the financial success of the restaurant through training and motivating crew members during the shift.
Job Requirements
Minimum of six months supervisory experience
Shift Leaders must be at least 18 years of age
One year of restaurant experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Position may require pre-employment background screening.
