Description Job Description:

Lead development of Tactical Military Communications Systems from initial concepts through execution and delivery with focus on tactical voice and data communications integration into larger systems and platforms.
Directly supervise small technical team to common program goals.
Conduct technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost, schedule, and risk analysis for the total system.
Complete detailed design and execution from concept through design, fabrication, test, installation, and operation.
Perform project management to ensure the conversion of customer requirements, including informal requirements, into solutions that balance the technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Work directly with customers, sales team, program management, and product engineering teams.
System design based on customer hardware and software specifications.

Requirements Qualifications:

BSEE/BSCE with a minimum of 10+ years of experience.
Experience in Tactical Radio Communications, Infrastructure and Systems.
Experience in one or more of the following Technical Areas: Military Tactical Radio System Architectures; Platform Integration Design for Electronics Systems.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Masters Degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience
International Travel Experience.
Experience with Data Communications Interfaces: Internet protocols, IPSec, QoS, Wireless; Computer communication interfaces; Communications standards.
