- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field, Master's preferred.
- 10 years of experience in an upper-level Operations role. Must have a demonstrated ability to manage others. Work history should show continuous growth and the ability to adapt to a changing working environment as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with an MRP system, lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
