This is a part-time position, with daytime hours that allows for a flexible schedule. Our preference would be for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is available Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include making in-home visits to provide supervision, instruction, and support to our Personal Care Aides. The caseload consists of elderly and/or disabled consumers residing in North, South and West Philadelphia. Our clients generally receive service sometime between the hours of 6am and 7pm. The majority of our clients receive service in two or three hour increments, although some are receiving longer hours. No assessments, evaluations, or treatment visits are required for this position. Minimal paperwork required. A minimum of one year of community nursing experience required, however, consideration may be given to an individual who has qualifying geriatric experience.
