Responsible for directing and managing the sales activities of a small group of Reverse Mortgage Consultants to manage customer service and loan generation. Typically manages 1-4 reverse sales direct reports. Also responsible for personally soliciting reverse residential mortgages from various sources and producing high quality loans which meet WFHM guidelines while providing excellent customer service.
The Reverse Mortgage Sales Supervisor begins with a forgivable draw the first few months, then moves into 100% draw against commission, plus overrides on the production of his/her team.
