We are currently seeking a full-time Desktop Support Specialist for the Department of Information Systems (IS). In this critical role, the Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing desktop related support for the BH computer users.
Requirements Qualified candidates must have strong knowledge of personal computers and network principles; excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills required; experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite, Novell Netware, and Active Directory; hardware experience to include desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and printers; must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills along with proper phone etiquette.

HS/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree; A+ Certification required and MCP or MCDST desired.
