Requirements
Qualified candidates must have strong knowledge of personal computers and network principles; excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills required; experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite, Novell Netware, and Active Directory; hardware experience to include desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and printers; must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills along with proper phone etiquette.
HS/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree; A+ Certification required and MCP or MCDST desired.
