The Corporate Internet Group (CIG) supports public Internet sites for all lines of business within J. P. Morgan Chase. CIG's is comprised of over 400 professionals located in Delaware, New York, Ohio, Florida and Illinois. The group consists of senior business strategists, developers, infrastructure and architecture specialists, information architects, usability professionals, interactive designers, editors and other project support and operations staff. CIG works closely with all lines of business including: Auto Lending, Business Banking, Card Services, Commercial Banking, Education Finance, Home Lending, Investing, Wealth Management, and Retail. Position Description:
Wealth Management/ Treasury/ and Online Investments Project Manager
As a Wealth Management/ Treasury/ and Online Investments Project Manager you will work with these Lines of Businesses (LOBs) and all of the internal CIG groups to deliver projects in support of the online roadmaps for these LOBs. By partnering with these LOBs and the CIG Relationship Managers for these LOBs you will assist with the creation and delivery of their online strategies. Competitive research, requirement gathering, and assisting with the delivery of client communications will be required. These client bases are very valuable and demanding client bases that expect and demand excellent service.
You will be the senior project manager on your projects from inception through successful implementation. You will have responsibility for managing a cross functional team spanning multiple businesses, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and customer call centers. You will be responsibility for delivering all projects on time and within budget.
Since you will be supporting various LOBs you will have exposure to senior levels of management across the firm.
Requirements
- College degree required
- Financial Services experience required, Investment experience preferred
- Project management experience required
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication ability
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible and comfortable with frequently changing priorities
- Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to deliver complex projects
- Team player with demonstrated work ethic
