Harmon is one of the largest pure traders of recycled fiber in the world, trading in excess of 100 thousand tons per week. By focusing on close relationships with suppliers and customers, rather than solely on market timing, we have built a collaborative network of trading partners around the world.
Internationally, many countries are challenged with meeting the ever-growing demand for recycle raw materials. By bringing the world's markets to its supplier's doors, Harmon is the solution, improving the availability of recycled fiber throughout the world.
We are seeking a Fiber Trader to perform the following:

Responsibilities:
��������� Identify new business opportunities, through analysis and economic thinking develop a point of view on potential fit within existing business frameworks, manage to implementation
��������� Negotiate profitable buy/sell prices
��������� Profitable account development, expansion and retention
��������� Development of loyal client relationships
��������� Responsive customer service to safeguard all standards of client satisfaction
��������� Create and effectively present marketing strategies to clients
��������� Secure long term contracts

Qualifications
��������� Minimum 3 years sales exp
��������� Professional appearance and presentation � Integrity is a must!
��������� Desire to succeed � proven record of top performance in prior endeavors
��������� Willingness to learn and apply knowledge to develop profitable business
��������� Demonstrated economic and critical thinking skills
��������� Ability to close sales
��������� Sense of urgency
��������� Bachelors degree preferred
