Job Description

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as lead technical director for the Baton Rouge Water Resources Practice.

  • Work with staff to develop skills and project/production understanding.

  • Strengthen and improve quality assurance and quality control within the practice.

  • Consult with practice manager and Project Manager related to staffing needs, production and quality issues, and staff
    development.

  • Consult with other offices regarding work and knowledge sharing.

  • Assist with proposal development and project capture as requested by Project Managers/Business Development personnel.

    • Job Requirements
    Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Minimum years of experience: 15+ years experience
  • Education required: BS Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Education preferred: MS Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Registrations/Certifications required: PE in Louisiana
  • Registrations/Certifications preferred: PE in multiple states
  • This position does require travel. Travel amount is negligible.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
  • This position does not manage others
