Your days and weeks will follow a steady rhythm, based upon shift hours, and paced by a high level of customer contact. You'll use your analytical and relationship-building skills to take inbound customer calls, answer questions, resolve issues, and address customer concerns. You'll draw upon a professional manner and product knowledge to identify customer financial needs and recommend PNC products. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
� 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience preferred.
� Strong communication and computer skills required.
� Financial Institution and/or call center experience a plus!
� High school diploma or equivalent required.
