JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary
Qualifies leads and solicits orders for advertising services over the telephone by performing the following duties:

Telemarketing positions call on prospects using established scripts and explain type of service offered. They inform prospective customers of current promotions and advertising services. They also provide quotes and persuade customers to buy services. They generate a client profile and arrange for client's credit card to be charged for the service fees. Upon execution of services, they follow up to assure the customers satisfaction. They use qualified leads provided from the company and public records to contact prospective customers.
