Sales Advisor
A Sales Advisor position at DriveTime is different from ordinary auto sales. Heck, it�s different from ordinary anything sales. That�s because we�re part automotive sales, part finance company, and all innovation.

�Sales Advisors don�t just stand on a car lot waiting for customers here - you�ll reach out to the community and establish relationships. There are so many ways to build great commissions!
�This position is about business smarts, financial problem-solving, and helping people.
�You�ll handle everything from: talking cars, prices, underwriting loans, handling paperwork, arranging details, following up, and helping your fellow Sales Advisors.
�Basically, we�ll count on you to talk cars and finance and provide amazing service. DriveTime Sales Advisors act as ambassadors to our customers, listening to their needs, solving problems, and making sure everyone has a great experience.
�Our Advisors enjoy a balanced work week, and Sundays are always off.
�Good news: you don�t need car sales experience. In fact, we�re probably the only car sales firm on the planet that ISN�T seeking people with car sales experience.

�College degree strongly preferred.
�Customer service experience required (retail, restaurant, sales, etc)
�English/Spanish language skills a plus.
�PRIOR CAR SALES EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY
�Motivated and self-directed
�Excellent communication and listening skills
�Valid driver�s license & HS diploma (or equivalent) required
�Ability to pass background check including driving record, criminal background and drug test.
