Publisher/Sales Manager
We currently have a career opportunity for an experienced Publisher/Sales Manager to lead our Kansas City Apartment Guide office.     Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • A highly skilled sales and management professional;
  • A minimum of 4 years previous experience managing a direct outside sales force in a B2B environment;
  • A strong business management background with a proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue growth;
  • A solid track record for recruiting/training/mentoring outside sales professionals;
  • Excellent communication, presentation & mentoring skills; and
  • Exceptional new business development and customer retention skills.

    Essential Functions:
  • Driving revenue growth/profit;
  • Financials and budget;
  • Building client relationships;
  • Development of an outside sales team and management of the administrative staff;
