Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A highly skilled sales and management professional;
A minimum of 4 years previous experience managing a direct outside sales force in a B2B environment;
A strong business management background with a proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue growth;
A solid track record for recruiting/training/mentoring outside sales professionals;
Excellent communication, presentation & mentoring skills; and
Exceptional new business development and customer retention skills.
Essential Functions:
Driving revenue growth/profit;
Financials and budget;
Building client relationships;
Development of an outside sales team and management of the administrative staff;
