Manager - Financial Auditor
In this role, you will assist the Vice President, Internal Audit in conducting annual risk assessment and the development of the annual audit plan. This will encompass, but not limited to, planning, coordinating and supervising individual financial audit engagements and issuing timely audit reports; conducting audit and monitoring activities covering several compliance areas related to the healthcare industry, including marketing, anti-fraud programs and foreign corrupt practices act; developing Audit Committee materials; and assisting in the recruitment of high potential audit professionals and provide related development and training.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must possess:
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting. CPA certification or other audit-related certification, including CIA or CFE. Seven to ten years of related work experience, including supervisory experience. Previous public accounting experience preferred. Previous data analysis experience with ACL or similar tool preferred. Must be willing to travel up to 30% to locations throughout the world. Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization and facilitate the implementation of corrective action plans. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP and Paisley audit software a plus.
