CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

Job Description

A local medical device company located in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a customer-focused provider of a comprehensive line of products and services to current and prospective customers. Daily duties will include assisting customers and sales representatives with quotations and all aspects of the order fulfillment process from order entry thru invoicing and payment.

Working hours: 8 am - 6pm

Job Requirements

3-5 Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment AND in the healthcare or medical device/equipment industry. Candidates with additional experience in Finance functions such as AR, AP, or Sales/Use Tax are desired.
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience.
