Serves in a leadership capacity and works in collaboration with the regional or channel fulfillment leaders in attracting, retaining, and developing a highly talented production team. Responsible for the strategic direction and management of the overall business process of a small to medium sized Fulfillment Center (NOC) or multiple Retail Fulfillment offices or Area Operating Center(s) with an annual average of 30 - 100 associates.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to lead with multiple priorities.

  • Recruit and growsite.

  • Government experience

  • DE preferred

  • Bi-lingual
