Opportunity to join the Field Force Development Training Team at one of America’s Best Places to Work! The successful candidate chosen to join this dynamic team will assist in managing the daily operations of the Territory Training Department including overseeing training programs, working with State Training Coordinators, facilitating training courses, coaching & developing employees, and serving as subject matter experts on developing new training programs. The successful candidate will assist in the development of strategic plans and the annual budget while staying abreast of current trends & best practices. Education/Experience: A minimum of three years in a supervisory/managerial capacity or one year Aflac field force management Insurance industry experience, including two years with Aflac in a service-related department (preferred) Core Competencies Action Oriented, Adaptability, Customer Service, Ethics and Values, Integrity and Trust, Listening The Benefits Aflac is known for treating our employees exceptionally well.
