Our client, a local manufacturing unit of an international corporation, has an immediate requirement for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer or Technician.
This is an approximate 3 to 6 month contract assignment for the right candidate.
Description:
Support QA of manufacturing process for compliance to work instructions, inspection procedures, blueprints, safety regulations, and quality system procedures. Perform a wide variety of activities pertaining to assuring compliance with requirements. Focus on process improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year technical degree, plus relevant experience in a manufacturing enviroronment.
- Familiar with requirements of ISO 9001:2000 Quality System.
- Blueprint reading.
- Strong mechanical background.
- Leadership experience.
