ABC Phones History
ABC Phones was founded as a partnership in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. We were incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. ABC Phones began as an exclusive agent for US Cellular. As we expanded we later became a non-exclusive agent that represented Alltel, Suncom, Cingular, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, and several other of the country's leading providers. We are currently an Exclusive National Premier Agent for Alltel. This relationship gives us financial and strategic benefits which we share with our customers on an ongoing basis. ABC Phones is a privately-held company headquartered in Greenville, North Carolina. We currently employ over 300 people at nearly 50 locations in three states. We also operate a constantly expanding outside sales force.

Requirements

Experience, Skills and Abilities:
At least one (1) year retail sales experience. - Technical knowledge of wireless equipment is necessary.
- Knowledge of effective customer service and sales methods.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and behaviors.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
Minimum high school graduate; post high school education/training preferred.
