Technical Expertise - The individual must have a working knowledge of what is possible technically in order to provide direction to the staff. Detailed knowledge of principles and experience with the mandated requirements are highly desirable
Results - A proven track record of exceeding goals and a bottom-line mentality; evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment
Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard and looks for challenges. Able to act and react as necessary. Not afraid to take charge of a situation when trouble comes; can overcome resistance and take unpopular stands when necessary
Motivated by difficult challenges and aggressive timelines
Ability to juggle priorities and adjust to the realities of rapid changes in business requirements
Strong oral and verbal communication skills
Possesses the appropriate Pega technical/functional expertise and knowledge
Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise
Business Intelligence and Awareness
Have advance knowledge of the main features of Pega PRPC; their features and limitations
