Purpose:
Financial Analyst 33-10889463

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Director of Finance. This position will also work closely with other members of the team to ensure the fiscal integrity of all operations, consistency and integration of information into a central reporting system. This position is located in Joliet.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage, track, and analyze financial reports and events
  • Assist in analyzing, preparing and reporting of budgets, and forecasts
  • Assist in building financial models for both operations and admissions as required
  • Develop and maintain journal entry uploads for month end
  • Manage, code and analyze invoices for Accounts Payable
  • Develop, create and distribute reports for various departments besides finance



    Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical skill, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong Excel skills a must
