Compensation: $85000 to $95000 per year

One of our Nashville, TN-based client's is searching for a candidate to fulfill the role of Senior .Net Developer. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing software applications using .Net, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. The Senior Developer will work with team members to create designs supported by the architecture of the existing systems as well as performing ongoing quality assurance. In addition, the Senior Developer will participate in the implementation and maintenance of source control and release procedures and in new system applications demonstrations, training classes, and application and system queries sessions.

To qualify for consideration for this position, you must meet or exceed the following:

• A 4-year degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, healthcare or Information Technology or equivalent, related work experience.
  
• 3+ years experience in web based development, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server and .Net Framework is required.
  
• Strong experience with relational databases design and SQL development. Experience with SQL Server is required, Oracle experience is preferred.
  
• Experience developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services is required.
  
• Experience developing applications using Java is a plus as is experience with Sharepoint.
  
• Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis and design of complex systems.
  
• Experience using Agile Software Development methodology is preferred.
  
• Experience developing mission critical applications that function 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is key to your success with this client.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills are sought.
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
