JOB SUMMARY: The key responsibility for the Sales Manager position is maximizing zone growth and profitability by coaching, leading, and developing a team of outside sales people engaged in B2B/cold call sales. This is accomplished through leading and motivating the team in the execution of systematic selling activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years previous Sales Leadership experience
Excellent team and people leadership skills
Prior experience in B2B cold call sales
Solid communications skills
Exceptional work ethic, energy and drive
BS/BA degree preferred
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide coaching, development, and motivation to lead the sales team to success
3 to 4 targeted sales work-withs per week (some travel required)
Build and execute strategic sales plans monthly
Provide real time feedback and performance reviews
Establish team norms and lead team development and teamwork processes
