  •           Responsibilities include:
  •           Mapping of client custom data conversions, validate data, and perform issues resolution with client
  •           Gathering Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
  •           Creating Business Requirement  Documents   for all custom client configurations
  •           Creating Business Requirement Documents for all custom client reports
  •           Documenting specifications for custom client intake and incident report forms
  •           Validate requirements using test plans, test scripts or test scenarios
  •           Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
  •                        Travel up to 25 – 35%
     
  •           Lead Responsibilities
    o         Team Mentoring
    o         Manage team to KPI’s
    o         Participation in formal performance evaluation and feedback
    o         Project assignment and resource planning
    o         1st escalation point for PM team

  •           Considerable experience working with the business analysis methodologies to analyze business operations
  •           Provide insight into business process optimization based on past business experience
  •           Experience facilitating large group discussions regarding business requirements and process design
  •           Experience managing and mentoring junior-level personnel
  •           Comfortable making decisions and being held accountable for them
  •           Experience interacting at the highest levels of the organization
