Perform these tasks personally or through assistance of a supervisor.Essential Duties: (Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned)1.Collaborates with Supervisor/Manager of Learning & Performance Improvement to conduct or facilitate general and specific educational and training programs for all Liberty team members in one or more of the following areas: orientation, patient satisfaction, interpersonal skills, team development, communication, computer software and product training. 2.Uses appropriate educational aids as it relates to various learning methods and theories that fit with the desired objectives of the Learning & Performance Improvement department. 3.Supports the organizations move to alternative methods of education delivery as it relates to technology/computer based models. 4.Assists Level 2 learning & performance improvement specialists and management in tracking and analyzing education and training programs by examining participants’ job performance. 5.Contributes towards changes to the education programs based upon observations and business needs, as well as feedback on new topics for development. 6.Participates in conducting Needs Analysis visits with Managers and preparing a Gap Analysis to pinpoint additional education needs as directed.7.Participates in conducting evaluations of candidates and participants and reports results to the Supervisor/Manager of Learning & Performance Improvement as well as the business unit Manager/Director.8.Supports the organizations Compliance initiatives as it relates to the education of all team members. 9.Understands the difference between Training issues and HR issues and appropriately notifies HR Manager/Director or business unit Manager/Director as need arises.10.Responsible to learn and follow all required company policy, procedures, and code of conduct guidelines.11.Additional duties required as directed by the Supervisor/Manager of Learning & Performance Improvement.

Position Requires travel to other Liberty locationsEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree and one to two years education and training experience such as classroom training with adult learners; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer SkillsRequired: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook; Preferred: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft AccessLanguage Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
