Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Supervisor of Construction Billing and Accounts Receivable in our client's Tampa office. The selected Construction Billing and Accounts Receivable Supervisor will assist with accounts receivable billing and review of job costing functions including analysis of projects, and preparation of project billings including T&M and AIA contract billing, as well as preparing project invoicing on a weekly and monthly basis. The selected candidate must have a background in Industrial or Commercial instruction and be familiar with all aspects of construction, including but not limited to; preparation of financial reporting, preparation of monthly AIA invoice and schedule of value billings, Job Costing setup and monthly analysis of projects, preparation of journal entries, cash flow analysis, budget variance analysis, weekly revenue billing, and other financial analysis as required. The selected Supervisor of Construction Billing and Accounts Receivable must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, five years of Industrial or Commercial construction accounting experience, and excellent computer skills and strong familiarity with full integration accounting, project management and operations software.
