Senior Manager Finance, Care
Primary Responsibilities:
This position will provide critical financial and business support to the clients in the Care Operations group as well as the finance organization.Individual will be responsible to develop reporting tools and information and continually evaluate needs of the client, proposing and implementing improvements and modifications as necessary. Responsibilities include aspects of the month-end closing activities with emphasis on the analysis and the reporting of financial/statistical data in labor tracking/analysis, dashboards and line of business/customer reporting. Individual will lead the design and implementation of control procedures to ensure accuracy of reporting. In this role the Senior Manager position may be responsible to supervise financial reporting and planning personnel by providing both clear direction and support that will enable them to meet current deadlines as well as strategic leadership that will result in employee growth and contribute to the success of the business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with a preference for an MBA or CPA
7 to 10 years progressive experience in financial analysis with 3 years in a supervisory/manager role
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Extensive knowledge of accounting systems, business analysis and reporting tools is also required.
Excellent leadership and human relations ability
Strong decision making skills
Problem-solving capabilities
Strong analytical skills
Organizational and prioritization skills
Self-motivated with ability to multi-task without missing deadlines
Also requires ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications.
