JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for partnering with senior executives and managers in the corporate business functions. The Human Resources Manager must have extensive knowledge of the design, development, and implementation of HR processes and programs, as well as strong analytical skills and an understanding of business metrics associated with enterprise/HR systems. The successful candidate must be skilled in resolving problems impacting people, process, and program issues; positive and professional projection of presence through verbal and written communications. In addition, the candidate must have a strong understanding of the entire talent management process including sourcing, selecting, hiring and on-boarding of top talent for the organization. E
SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Other duties may be assigned:
Acts as a business partner to senior executives and managers in the corporate business functions.
Drive the talent management process including sourcing, selecting, hiring and on-boarding of top talent for the organization
Translate business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives.
Coaching and counseling managers and employees in all areas of performance management and process (new manager training, performance improvement plans, annual appraisals, timely feedback, conflict resolution, etc.)
Provide guidance and leadership regarding talent development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Introduce and advise the organization on ongoing HR policies, programs and initiatives including but not limited to goal setting, merit and bonus decisions, and promotion process, etc
Manage employee relations issues, incident investigations and discipline/corrective actions for assigned client groups. Ensure consistent application of rules and policies.
Prepare reports, presentations, business communications, data summaries, and other documents to support department and company business decisions. Perform moderately complex analyses of data to draw inferences or conclusions
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA or equivalent HR experience with a graduate degree preferred.
5 to 7 years of successful experience in a human resources business partner capacity
Strong customer orientation with the ability to executive results with a sense of urgency
Demonstrated expertise in influencing, facilitating and driving change
Effective collaboration skills and the ability to leverage resources, methodologies and tools to accomplish objectives
Demonstrated execution and success in linking HR initiatives with business strategy.
Proven ability to build effective relationships with key business leaders and client base.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Proven strategic capabilities in driving business results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
