Adecco has partnered with an organization on Madison's far East Side that is experiencing seasonal growth in their call center. In this position, Customer Service Support individuals would be the first point of contact with customer for this company, identify the issue or request of the customer and then forward the customer onto the appropriate Department for the next level of support. They would maintain taking 80 calls per day from customers as well as consistent communication with customers via email.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working in a call center setting
Experience with MS Office with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Superior communication skills both verbal and non verbal
Ability to learn quickly
Positive work attitude and ability to make the customer "priority one"
Flexibility to work overtime if required
